Photos
Here are some of the photos I took over in Kurdistan...sooner or later I will get around to uploading the rest and also some that my husband took while he was working in Iraq as a Kurdish linguist.
I’m writing in the hope that you can help me and/or direct me to others who could be of assistance
I am the Rektor of the American University of Iraq – Sulaimani. I am need of people in my Finance Department, namely accountants and a Director of Finance. I would like to fill these positions with people from the Kurdish community. They need to have degrees in accounting, finance or business and hopefully experience in higher education, but that is not required. Another must is that they have excellent language skills in Kurdish and English. Arabic would be a plus as well, but not required. I have advertised these positions in national publications but with no results. I’m now hoping that I can find a way to make Kurds living in the US or other locations aware of these jobs. If you know of any newspapers or other media outlets (including Blogs or Web sites) where I can post these positions, I would appreciate hearing from you.

I like the pictures. Especially the old Kurdish "grandpa's".
